Associate Director/Country Manager-IndiaWork mode Remote Employment Type Full-Time Travel 25% Work Site Location India Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC.
We are looking for an Technical Sales Manager with at least 4 years experience in Semiconductor sales. - What you will do:
Responsibility Work tasks and content:
l Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals, targeting potential
customers and winning their business.
l Provide pre-sales support by conducting product training, answering technical questions,
provide cross references and guiding customers on product selection after understanding their application.
l Provide commercial support to customer RFQs based on competition, EAUs keeping profitability of the company as main objective.
l Provide sampling support after commercial and technical acceptance and follow up with channel partners and customers for design-wins.
l Conduct Product Training sessions with Sales and FAEs from Channel partners.
l Should contact potential customers on a regular basis to understand new projects, technologies and competition information available and participate with them in these new projects and applications.
l Understand white spots in our product range and update the same to TM team.
l Engage closely with the customer in case of any quality issue and resolve same at the earliest with the help from our Quality team.
l Participate regularly in channel partners QBR and drive them for business growth. - What you will bring:
Education Background/ Major Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors; Experience(Must) At least 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Knowledge(Ideal) l Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);
l Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products.
Abilities/Qualities l Proficient in using office software.
l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
l Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools.
l Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.Skills/Certifications l Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills.
